Mentorship & Guidance
Participants receive one-on-one encouragement, goal-setting support, accountability, and practical guidance from people who understand the challenges of rebuilding after incarceration.
Audio-Visual Production Training
Participants build employable skills through hands-on filming, editing, sound, and production work developed with the Idaho Department of Correction and grounded in real projects.
Employment & Apprenticeship Services
Job-readiness support includes resume and interview preparation, skill development, and connections with local businesses offering sustainable employment and apprenticeship pathways.
Adult & Juvenile Reentry Support
Adults and youth receive individualized life-skills support, community resource connections, and guidance designed to strengthen stability during the transition back into community life.
